The customer is the world’s leading e-cigarette producer and the first e-cigarette factory in Indonesia, mainly sells electronic cigarettes. In order to meet the needs of high-frequency and mass warehousing, GuangDong SunLi Intelligent Logistics Equipment Co.,Ltd., Ltd. has developed a shuttle type dense warehouse solution tailored for it.


This project is an automated warehouse design project(four-way shuttle),located in Surabaya, Indonesia. Through the introduction of suitable automation equipment, the warehouse can be automatically stored and stored in and out of the warehouse, reducing the number of operators and improving the efficiency of the operation, while meeting the efficiency requirements of pallets in and out of the warehouse.


The warehouse is divided into one warehouse area, with an area of 1500m2, and is planned to have about 1328 storage areas, two layers of shuttle racks, four shuttle vehicles (with a maximum design load of 650 KG) that are suitable for pallet sizes of 1200 * 1100, four depalletizers and two elevators.

The implementation of this solution helps customers achieve efficient inbound and outbound frequency requirements, achieve greater automation of operations, and reduce labor costs.
