The company manufactures electronic consumer products including television sets, and serves customers in the United States. We have created a stereoscopic warehouse project for it.
Rack
New racks: A large warehouse area, with a 3-layer racks area of about 385m2, can store 375 pallets of cargo. A small storage area with a 3-layer racks area of about 890m2, can store 1155 pallets of cargo.
Shuttle
5 shuttle vehicles (each equipped with a dedicated remote controller), 3 sets of batteries (including 2 sets for standby) for each vehicle, and 1 charger with a trolley for each vehicle.
Iron Pallets
New iron pallets: quantity of large pallets (L1680*W1220*H140mm):450; quantity of small pallets (L1440*W1140*H140mm):1250.
Warehouse Isolation Network
New E7 warehouse L27m*H2.5m isolation net, L3m*H2.5m unilateral manual push-pull installed at the channel position.
The successful implementation of this project has brought significant economic benefits to the company.
