The warehouse of this project covers an area of 3000 square meters. After planning, the height of the racks is 15.6 meters, and the warehouse is divided into 6 functional areas：
Small Pallet Storage Area: The storage unit in the storage area is 1200*1000*1200mm (including pallets), providing a total of 5520 pallet positions and equipped with 3 turning stackers for storing small pallet goods.
Large Pallet Storage and Stacking Area: The storage unit in the storage area is 2100*1000* 1200mm (including pallets), providing a total of 1920 pallet positions and one turning stacker for storing large pallet goods.
RGV Area: RGV vehicles are used to allocate small pallet materials between storage areas, inbound and outbound areas, and sorting areas.
Small Pallet Sorting Area: The sorting area is equipped with two conveyor lines. The system transports materials to the platform based on order information. Employees use PDA to confirm the quantity sorted and select them, and then the remaining materials are returned to the warehouse.
Small Pallet Automated warehouse Entry and Exit Area: Two conveyor lines are prepared for the small pallet entry and exit of the warehouse area, mainly used for the whole entry and exit of small pallet materials.
Large Pallet Automated Warehouse Entry and Exit Area: Two conveyor lines are configured for the entry and exit of large pallets. The main function is to input and output the entire pallet of large pallet materials. If the materials in the large pallet area need to be sorted out, the entire pallet of materials should be first discharged from the warehouse, and after the sorting is completed outside the warehouse, the remaining materials should be re-entered into the warehouse.
