After-Sale Service

Product Quality Promise:

 The manufacturing and testing of products are provided with quality records and testing data.

For product performance inspection, we sincerely invite users to inspect the whole process and performance of the product in person, and then pack and ship the product after it is confirmed to be qualified.

In order to ensure the high reliability and progressiveness of the products, the materials of the system are selected from domestic or international high-quality brand-name products.

Under the same competitive conditions, our company will provide you with the most favorable price in good faith on the basis of not reducing the technical performance of the product or changing the product components.
 

Delivery Date Promise:

Try our best to meet the user's needs. If there are special requirements and need to be completed in advance, we can specially organize production and installation to meet the user's requirements.

When the product is delivered, our company provides the user with the following documents:
① Technical Maintenance Manual
② General installation drawing
③ Operating instructions

Equipment Use Training:

When the equipment is installed and commissioned, we will send the equipment user and maintenance personnel to conduct online tracking training to be familiar with some detailed operation methods of the equipment.
 System application and hardware maintenance.
After getting familiar with the equipment, we will give a systematic and complete training to the users.

For Racks:

The warranty period is 3 years, we can do:
Regular online return visits to prevent and solve specific problems encountered in use, so that users can use it safely and satisfactorily.
 After-sales service response and completion time: respond within 24 hours after receiving the service request.
 Assign special personnel to coordinate the after-sales service of the project. After the installation and commissioning of the products, Party B shall provide systematic training for Party A's operators.
Within one week from the date when the equipment is put into use, our technical and all-around maintenance personnel shall cooperate in the inspection and take full responsibility for the operation of the product to ensure the normal operation of the product.
We promise that the design service life of the goods is 20 years.
